At this point I'm not sure if it's just suppression of data or we actually have better immunity or something. I honestly don't think things got anywhere as bad as US.

There is definitely suppression of data. But even i feel that things never got as bad as they are in US. I am not sure about scientific validity of this about this but immunity has to be a reason

It is our food and weather as well. We have a complete diet. The Ayurveda Kahda which is very popular now, its ingredients are already part of our diet. It has very much helped us for sure.

We probably have the worst carbs rich diet imo. Very low on protein, very high on fat and carbs.

Don't know if the spices etc add to immunity.

Daal has good protein. The Spices add to immunity yes, that is what is used to make Ayurvedic Kahda.  Ours is a complete diet.

Carbs i understand. But our diet is hardly fat rich, especially compared to a lot of western countries.

Daal, ghee, parathas etc all very fat rich foods. Im not talking about junk foods, cause our junk foods are equally as bad as the west.

In general western countries and even japan/china are protein and salad eating countries, we are not.

Paranthas are not part of daily diet. And the amount of ghee that is used in chapatis would hardly equate to the diet being "fat rich". While junk food is bad everywhere but the amount of consumption of junk food is lot higher in west
