They have procured almost everything centrally, PPEs, test kits, Vaxx...and handled the distribution. The relief measures of giving free ration are done by them. Idiots will always try to harpe about number which favours them. No doubling rate mentioned because it has skyrocketed in 2nd phase. Now that election campaigning is done, suddenly Modi will be ultra concerned about cases and Covid. Photo ops during meetings are already started. Why the f**k aren't they allowing foreign vaccines if Indian manufacturing is not fast enough? Serum guy now said 2nd dose is more effective after 2 months, WTF? This is the first time MH has been called out for the asshatery they have been doing for a year now. it is for everyone to see that with 10% of population MH accounted for 37% of Covid deaths. Same state is having 60% of active cases as on today. India is a big country, Assam had 1100 Covid deaths, do you think ppl will care or politician will make it election issue. Nope. But it would be a big thing in MH, businesses have been destroyed, prominent ppl/doctors have died. they haven’t paid ASHA workers for months, they are doing vasooli to allow ppl skip quarantine.
