Do you expect HV to accept there's a shortage ? People are getting refused at vaccination centers.

I will not take media’s word for granted,, if you are referring to article you tagged.

And I haven’t seen a single post on Twitter where people have mentioned that they  came back unvaccinated.

"The government is forming a team that will appeal to all with the help of sadhus and religious leaders to ensure pilgrims, who are visiting the Kumbh, wear masks and follow social distancing," the source told ANI.

"At the same time, the government also suggested that a message should be given through TV and radio, and posters should be put up at public places to create awareness amongst masses that the pandemic is not over yet," the source added.

However, the Centre is not considering prematurely ending the holy congregation.

In other news, water is wet.

Even if it gets allowed and something happens, who should be blamed for?
Its just desperation, nothing else.

What's gonna happen? Has anything happened to anyone who have already been administered with the vaccines in question..?

People get anaphylaxis after taking Paracetamol, yet it's the most widely used (abused ?) OTC drug.

Maybe we should ban it as well.

Edit: Just for context, Viagra is not a magic drug. It causes dilatation of arteries, not just in your penis, but throughout the body (maybe some people need it for their brain). Can very well lead to death in those suffering from CV issues.

Guy who dies took it for his penis only, he died of heart related issue. It was a headline news back in the days in Indore.

And you understand that was in jest.

Point is I'm not defending GoI decision to disallow pfizer for not just having trials, but there are multiple other reasons which we may not know about.

Moderna never applied.

But J&J will be manufactured in India through Quad initiative.

Disagree me all you want but be careful of people who are throwing allegations to divert attention from their own failures and hide their corruption.

This is second post I read today, same MO.

Issue is on both sides. Politics at the upper end, corruption at the local end.

I came back from Dubai last month had to quarantine for 7 days in a hotel and 7 days home quarantine which is the rule in Maharashtra which most of the people know about and are following. About the police being corrupt that's the case in the entire country not only in Mumbai.

My friend's cousin came from Canada last week at Delhi airport and paid 10k bribe to get out of mandatory quarantine, went and met a prospective bride and her family, and even finalised his marriage. Now is on UP trip to meet his relatives etc. Priorities.

Lot of world level politics going surrounding these vaccine’s right now

Lot of world level politics going surrounding these posts too.

Just a reminder this is still a Coronavirus thread and not for all politics stuff. Try to keep it minimum and don't go attacking others if you/they don't agree with their/your views.

Too many reports lately from this thread.

Sadly, it's impossible to keep politics away from this. So things will get ugly sooner or later. Maybe it is indeed time to lock the thread.

The first part is true yep, but I'd personally hate for this thread to get locked. All said and done, its been an informative few pages for me at least!
