Covaxin wasn’t even in picture. Today all the western countries are blocking vaxx supplies, I don’t think they would’ve shared their stockpile, as we are sharing with dozens of countries. i think Adar deserves a Padma, he is a pucca businessman but he has done something that no one else has.
