I really don’t think so, they already have committed most of their 2021 output to US and other countries. pfizer wanted to manufacture here, not just for Indian consumption but also for exports. Must be black marketeering or they're creating artificial shortage for their incompetence or stocks must've been taken by local MLA/MP for their respective wards which is leading to a shortage in mumbai and pune. As much as I want the govt to open vaccine for all without this cowin thing, I think they did the right thing with this or else hoarder's would have piled up like they did with remdec and plasma. I know a guy under 45 who got the vaccine through setting, must be many many more.
