Dafaq.

Reality is slowly drifting away from the cabinet. I wonder what would have happened if there were parliamentary elections in india in 2021.

They would win in a landslide. This is the way things are going to be for the next decade. And the country hasn't even faced a major climate change event yet, which are the next great disaster coming dow the road. But we reap, what we sow...

Looks like you are being overtly optimistic.

Is data on https://www.covid19india.org/ accurate?

When i focus on Telangana, it got peak 3K cases towards end of August for ~60K samples tested.

Now it has reached the same peak of 3K cases but with 1.15L samples tested.    While the graph is on the upside, the positive % rate seems to be lower than 1st wave. Right?

I still don't get why they block everything from sunset till sunrise. Is corona a vampire?

You do know how much impact this will have economically right ? Religious festivals and marraiges are the biggest sources of income for a lot of people.

Yeah but they're places where mass congregation takes place, so it's better to cap them instead of forcing everyone to close their business every 6 months. Plumbing, electric, stationery, jewellery etc etc shop mein kaunsa line lagta hai like supermarkets, wineshops or restaurants. Yet they're closed while the latter is allowed with restrictions.

Best part was sat Sunday total lockdown in mumbai. The notification said street food vendors can keep open for takeaway but restaurants cannot give takeaway but only delivery. :ko:

Yeah i get the point. But closing down festivals is bad. Think about it last year navratri cost people in gujrat thousands and millions of rupees. if same happens this year dont know how will they survive.

Ye toh kuch bhi nae he , just now we are told to closed shop right now saying " Jilha bandiche adesh ahet". What a mess. they should atleast have allowed e-commerce. hope no extension beyond 14 days.

If only people would have followed social distancing and wore masks, everything would have been avoided. But no, they have to wear masks on chin or go to Goa for vacation or celebrate Holi or do get togethers.

I guarantee that even after we hit record cases people are still not going to wear masks, will have friends dinner and sh*t.

Bhai one of my cousins who recently married kept on pestering us to call him & his bride for lunch, despite multiple hints like our society not allowing outsiders etc etc, we finally relented and he had to take 1+ hour train journey to reach us.

I had  just started losing my sense of taste & smell a day ago or else pura bill iske naam pe aa jaata coz we hardly went out and sanitize everything coming from outside.
