Every major city needs to start drive-in vaccinations, like Mumbai. That seems like the only logical solution to this problem. All of the manufacturing capability of the above labs are booked. Also BB is not the only one with the BSL-3 Lab, many companies have it ex: Biocon but that is not enough for production of vaccines. Haffkine is undergoing some serious changes in order to meet the production protocol, even then many experts are doubting its legibility. I mean Indians are fascinated with achievements. We had people who claimed making petrol from herbs, make drones from waste, getting placed in NASA after doing some stupid engineering. Had a difficult conversation with my Uncle this morning. He called and wanted to tell me about his accounts and his property and how it should be handled when he's gone.
