Availability will get better going forward so that shouldn't be an issue. They should just get the one which is providing them guarantee for both the doses. As per new guidelines/rules, covishield second jab after 84 days only, where as covaxin is still on the 4-6 weeks timeline. Given a choice, I'd say covaxin as you're a little secure with the second jab much sooner than you would be with covishield.
