Haan but vaccine toh khud jake lagwaya. Anyways my 20 days are over after first dose. So no issues now.

Then nothing to fear now. If there was some side effect, it likely should have happened by now.

Taking the vaccine is always the safer option. Less than 1 in a million chance of a serious side effect from vaccines, close to 1/100 chance of dying from Covid. That's 10000 times more likely.

Completely with GOI on this, esp covidshield which already got all approvals.  If wolf warrior diplomacy can work for china then we too must start punching above our weight.

Only thing is that the IT coolies will make social media unbearable for a day either which way EU decision goes.

Covaxin kicking a*s and taking names.

Top Health Institute is NIH, where Fauci works.

This is not new. Just making the headlines again.

Their results are based upon the data provided by Bharat Biotech. Bharat Biotech has not provided the full P3 data to build these results on. That's why even though these institutes sharing putting these observations, they can't really claim or even provide approval to Covaxin until a full scale study and data is produced.

Also, Covidshield got similar nods from UK.

Such retaliation hardly benefits anyone. GOI and SII should just file for approval, they will get it for sure.

Scientists in Canada have found a new lifesaving treatment for people suffering from rare blood clots associated with COVID-19 vaccination. The researchers at the McMaster University recommend a combination of anti-clotting drugs and high doses of intravenous immunoglobulin to combat vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT).

VITT is a rare side effect of adenoviral vector vaccines against COVID-19. It occurs when antibodies attack a blood protein, which results in activation of platelets in the blood, causing them to clump together and form clots. The treatment, described in The New England Journal of Medicine, has proven effective in three Canadian patients who received AstraZeneca vaccine, known as Covishield in India, and subsequently developed VITT.

The patients were between the ages of 63 and 72 years, and one of them was a female. Two suffered clotting in their legs and the third had clots blocking arteries and veins inside their brain.

That blood clot thing was really blown out of proportion - I remember one scientist saying that you had more chances of dying from a lightning storm than due to a blood clot .

Chances of developing a DVT in every day life are multifold times higher than developing a clot via a vaccine. It was blown out of proportion because of vaccine politics.
