No one will enforce lockdown, putting economy and recovery in a downward spiral. They can't force everyone to vaccinate, tons of anti vaxxers. The vaccines themselves have reduced efficacy against Omicron. People will keep on going to crowded places, COVID appropriate behaviour is almost non existant. What exactly can be done ?
