You are worried about inter district travel, KA has opened bars and pubs starting tomorrow, only logical thing I can do is not visit those places. The one who visit are in danger, whether they take precautions or not, but let it be a personal choice now. The number of pubs and bars are insane in Bangalore alone, forget entire KA. Lot of my people I know are excited to visit, I just keep striking names of these guys from to meet list for sometime. That is the only thing I can do. Only one or two of the guys got tested and rest of them just isolated without tests and after 14 days they just started going out after their symptoms disappeared without getting a negative test done. The adjacent gali that was sealed had people coming and going without a care, the person for whom the colony was sealed was going to office daily and roaming freely everywhere. But the seal was kept for the sake of it. And yes, some doctors etc will definitely do that to earn the money that is alloted for corona care.
