Just for context, I bought a HyperX Cloud Stinger Core for 3.6k and I found the sound to be terrible, so am returning it. As a comparison, I ordinarily use a Soundmagic e10c in ear earphones, which cost me around 1.5k and blow the Stinger Core out of the water when it comes to sound quality. (The only reason I want a headset is that my earphones don't have a mute button or volume control, and it's annoying when someone starts talking to you while you are gaming. (I would ideally like a wireless headphone for convenience but I guess 99% of bluetooth headphones aren't compatible with the ps4). Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
North Posted July 4, 2020 Report Share Posted July 4, 2020 Will recommend Corsair HS50. That's the one I use, bought it for less than 5K. Has volume control, mute button, detachable mic. Mic quality is pretty good my friends tell me. I use it to play online FPS games, so can recommend this.
