It goes from Kbps to 250 Mbps on SX :P

I've personally not experienced (very) low speeds. I usually get around 300 Mbps but that's also the limit of my internet connection.

97 + 50 GB (world update).

total offline install size could be around 150 GB

I don't intend to play offline, so I just need to download the Base game, right?

And this world update will go on top of that i.e. 46+50 GB?

Yeah, that’s right.

I was mistaken... it’s actually 97 GB including the offline mode. (42 GB base game + 55 GB offline)

If you don’t want the offline mode, you just have to delete it from game add-ons menu after downloading the whole 97 GB game.

Once the game launches, there’ll also be an option to download world updates from the marketplace for free, which improves the graphical fidelity of certain places. If all of those are counted, it’ll hit 150 GB.

Yes, but doubt we will see in India, the box art looks bae.. The smart delivery is misleading though or does it mean I buy a SX version and I get PC version for free?

Wonder if MS would come up with a compression technology.

It's a miracle they managed to shrink it to under 100 GB from the 2 petabytes of raw data they use from their Azure servers to stream the world data.. :P

Preload as normal. Once the game releases there are world updates which have been released through the here that has better detailed out areas for various parts of the world that you can download. I believe those are optional.
