(42 GB base game + 55 GB offline) If you don’t want the offline mode, you just have to delete it from game add-ons menu after downloading the whole 97 GB game. Once the game launches, there’ll also be an option to download world updates from the marketplace for free, which improves the graphical fidelity of certain places. Once the game releases there are world updates which have been released through the here that has better detailed out areas for various parts of the world that you can download.
