dylanjosh
They are using the Anthem engine for this right?
PhantomShade
The city they showed... That means Saitama the Elf God has managed his little scheme of tearing down the veil? I mean there is literally some semicircular structure floating in thin air bc.

Heaven Angel
This is one good news, tables have turned for good. EA finally realised that SP games is what people want. Now i hope there will be no microtransactions like on Jedi fallen order.
dylanjosh
Hopefully they bring back the old concept that got shelved
CarbonCore
There's going to be a pretty big balancing shift if they go from Gaas to single player only. I hope they don't rely on "Bioware magic" again.
VelivolusDas
As amazing as it is for gamers, wouldn't this mean a few less private jets/boats for the top-brass at EA? The fact that they have to 'allow' a studio to make a SP-only game shows the level of control EA likes to have over it's studio (not in a good way). BioWare failed to make online live service game and wasted years. That and Jedi game selling well made EA not to waste time on BioWare's live service crap. Guest
Kind of expected. We barely heard anything since 2020 teaser. Also, Quote Former Dragon Age producer shares his thoughts on a problematic development practice and discusses how to make things better. Mysteryman
Yeah, with multiple departure of experienced employees, there is a creative vacuum at BioWare. God knows when the next Mass Effect will come. Fiscal 2025 is my best guess
roun90
Is this game even alive? Seems like the entire thing is vaporware, and the next ME even more so. Is there even any more hype left for this game? Seems like people are far more excited for Baldur's Gate 3 and Obsidian's next game at this point. For this, it's like people completely forgot DA (Or even ME) even exists and just wake up when there is 1 new tweet, go OK Fine and then go right back to forgetting it even exists.
Heaven Angel
As much as i liked inquisition and platinumed it (god knows how i managed that with my limited timings) i want this game to happen. But no multiplayer bullshit, proper single player game like it's predecessors.
