There is speculation that the Egyptian tour happened right after the fall of Greece & thereafter he made his way into the Nordic region 

So the mural that predicted his death to unleash Loki & Ragnarok might just happen in this game

Some are speculating that it wasn't actually Kratos in the mural but maybe Odin.

Quite a few theories going around.

They will have to perma-kill him somehow for it to matter.

Because otherwise it's just a vacation to Hades/Hel for him.

They will do it though, for the sake of edginess like in TLOU2, and also for giving us a fresh character and story in the form of adult Atreus

 

 

You know speaking of Egypt tho, the big dudes with shields and armor you have to destroy, those look like Medieval dudes now don't they?

So according to IRL history Egypt has probably been conquered long ago by Alexanders/Ptolemy's armies and even the Romans?

It’s the same engine….no changes apart from Resolution,Texture bump for PS5 

 

They should have presented the game in 60fps….dono why they didn’t

Game looks good still and i have no doubt that it will be goty worthy game again.

Yes it’s easily the better looking cross-gen game than others 

Comparable to horizon 

 

Just that horizon has engine related  upgrades over the previous game so it is a bigger visual leap,but side by side they are easily comparable in spots 

 

I guess this still has to be properly optimised on PS5 SDK
