Correct, but not everyone has a $1000 PC to run this decently, so they will buy an SS or SX

I think any decent build can play these titles at decent frames @1080

Heck MS would push these titles on mobiles as well via streaming services. Hence consoles won't matter much.

Come on bro, they didn't drop all that money to then release their future games on playstation.

What @AnK says below.

Best bet is Xbox users get it on GP, timed exclusive maybe or additional exclusive content. Better yet new AAA IPs with all that newfound talent.

It’s not just about existing IP’s

all that studio might can be used in fresh IP’s too

Most of those IP’s are worn out anyway

so it could go either way

but yeah the odds against Sony seems to be evening

Well it settles all doubts about gamepass and xbox not being serious . Great timing one day before the preorders begin

i doubt the games will be exclusives , they want their money from everywhere now . The games will be day one on gamepass and thats the value now.

But on a serious note, it's a good call for gaming industry generally, PS was running away and monopoly in any sense is not good. This brings back MS in game, also I hope majority of the games stay multiplat and MS works on developing a few new IP.

also they should stop that god forsaken GamesPass free distribution ASAP if they want these studios to stay afloat

No doubt that they will use it for new IPs too, but which series is worn out?

Elder Scrolls

Fallout

Doom

Dishonored

Evil Within

Prey

Wolfenstein

All these games deserve a sequel and none of them are worn out.

Lol wat, the whole point of buying Xbox is gamepass.. As far handing moolah for Studios MS has bucket loads of money which they will throw... I mean come on Studios like PlayGround, Coalition, Ninja Theory wouldn’t have agreed for sh*t knowing their games are being given out in GP.. we need to still wait and see if all the Bethesda games will land straightway on GP or any strings attached...overall as a consumer GP will be the best thing if it happens...

Just a couple of weeks back, ponies were celebrating sony getting spiderman dlc as exclusive in the avengers game, so M$ got DOOM Guy  to counter :roflroll:

The funny part is no one knew about this taking place ,there were only rumours about WB which was 4 billion . Cant believe MS were willing to spend 11-12 billion on both of them :surprise:

also i doubt deathloop or ghost wire tokyo will remain timed exclusive ,sony will probably get their money back for that deal
