kmkaks Posted October 24, 2020 Report Share Posted October 24, 2020 (edited) This might sound silly to you guys but every time I play Skyrim I have this wonderful yet melancholic feel, I don’t know how to put it in words, it just feels like I am a person traversing in a better world. The vistas, the people, Jeremy Soules score, the beautiful trees, the flowers, the wildlife, the aurora, the caves, the towns with their stories. Skyrim makes me rue what we humans have done to this world. I wish I was born in Skyrim. No other art, be it movies, games or books has evoked this feeling in me. Poor RPG progression, poor loot mechanics, bad gunplay, uninteresting weapons, lifeless unexciting openworld and characters, bad art direction, okay story with okay choices. There are more cons to the game than pros. And coming from New Vegas (with all the hype as Fallout killer), it was a giant meh of a game. Fallout 4 had issues but never this boring. Maybe Obsidian can do better with MS budget but for now I would want Bethesda to keep making Fallout games.
