Second was more of a hr sim, where the player keeps recruiting for this amazing/ultra difficult quest, which at the end turns out to be again dull. I think the side quests in the second game was much better and the main plot hardly moved forward. Last game, well, I don't even remember it that well coz it was that bad. I do remember getting disappointed that the ending was so stupid that none of the choices made in any of the games before had any impact on the final outcome !
