It seems to come down to how much you enjoy/get annoyed at the minimal guidance the game offers and how much you can put up with an annoying UI. Big Boss Posted March 20 Report Share Posted March 20 Janky mess. The controls are sh*t. The camera is wonky. Pop ins everywhere. Quests are horrible. It says grab broom and clean the chimney, the mini tutorial disappeared in seconds so I was like wtf to do now. But some how I equipped broom but couldn't figure out how to clean it. It requires patience and controls are annoying at start but once u get used to it then its feel fine. Its lot like Dragon's Dogma and Monster hunter. If u dont like those games then you might not like it. If you on console then base machines graphic look OK. Play it on balance or performance. They feel annoying at first coz u not used to play games like crimson desert but they feel fine once after u play for long time. These 2 reviews best. Sums up everything perfectly. Zod Posted March 21 Report Share Posted March 21 (edited) I played the game on SX for 2 hours then switched to PC version. Its decent on Series X, looks fine and runs mostly fine in all modes but moment you switched to PC, its night and day difference. I transferred my save to version (playanywhere ftw) and im exclusively playing on PC. Its remarkable on PC visually and performance wise High settings RT on with DLSS at 1080p.
