Got into BoroRenewables today. Couldn't get into Caplin. Have to see an entry. 

For LL, all I am looking for is growth in revenues and 30% margin being intact. Not really concerned otherwise. More important will be last 2 quarters of FY22 because that is when their new plants will fully go online and results of diversification in non-ARV APIs will start coming forward.

 

Caplin's numbers have been good for FY21, although I am not sure how much of their LATAM business can grow. I would like to see focus on domestic business. Q1FY22 results will be interesting.

I was comparing to book value. They were at 10x or so based on March data. 

I couldn't find any clear assets/liabilities on the Q1FY22 sheet, so can't calculate the current BV.
