It's not that above the listing price.

High valuations are okay but they leave very little cushion. Even 0.5% drop in margins will bring the stock down.

113 P/E and 43 P/S are no joke.

 

Either do SIP or just wait a quarter or two post IPO to see whether earnings catch upto valuations or not. 

If it's meant to be a great multibagger, 6 months won't hurt the returns much.

 

Same goes for Sona and Tatva.

 

All three are great companies, only post-IPO reality needs to be seen.

I am bullish due to the recent foray into HALS. They have developed it in house, and it's a 1billion USD industry. Plan to commercialize it by 2023 via Unit 4. 

 

Recent reports suggest that APAC will have a higher demand in the coming years. 

 

And anyway, price action is dominant. It always captures an event before news is out.

Clean Science is A grade business.

Very rarely such companies come around but I don't want to be caught in a scenario where IPO numbers were at the top margins and down CAPEX cycle.

If not at 2k, I'll be a buyer at 3k if that's what is needed for the results to show first.

 

No matter which company it is, stocks do come down. We have experienced that with Laurus. Only few times the valuations never come down.

I will certainly start doing SIP in this though. 1 stock at a time.
