I have been investing in quant small cap for more than a year and so far quant and kotak small cap are the one doing better than aditya birla, axis bluechip, parag parikh, miraree.

Mirae is one of the best in ELSS.

PPFAS is also good but has a higher ER.

 

You can also divide 40k into Quant as well, amazing performance but their investing strategy is a bit riskier.
