But the days I make rice, extra teen vessels aa jaate hai. The pot, strainer and the collander. And the daily pan for eggs etc. Then a standard 12 place is more than enough for you. No. of places refers to the 'kinds of utensils and provisions available'. The more the places the more no. and kind of utensils the dishwasher can accomodate. For someone that needs to do only a few dishes like plates/cups/cutlery then a 8 place table top is also enough but I suggest you go for atleast a 12 place model so that it is future proof and also you can then run it only once a day. Awesome thanks bro
SuperT
Guys where do you guys place these dishwashers, my kitchen is already set up and breaking the drawers ain't a feasible option. Dry balcony or in a cabinet specially designed for a dishwasher. But yeah if you don't have those two provisions then it can be a pain to accomodate it. Most dishwashers are almost as big as a washing machine and eat up space.

One tip. Especially if you have pipe gas is to maybe use the area where you’d otherwise have had two lpg cylinders (mostly right below the stove). That’s my only shot at making this thing fit. The new AC was delivered all right but the guys who came later for pickup of the old AC had too much attitude and wouldn’t help uninstall it off the wall. Had to emergency call the local electrician and had him remove it. If that is a trend then maybe no. Or if you’re not planning to do an exchange offer deal then fine. Otherwise no complaints with the AC. Warranty was honoured alright. Okay thanks bro. Can you suggest a good AC?

LG dual inverter 4-5* Absolutely incredible in terms of power consumption and the the extended warranty (3yr AMC) you can buy later is just brilliant. I had an outdoor unit failure along with leakage in the internal which was fixed within 4 days for zero money and no hassle. LG India are on a totally different level. Second only to Samsung in terms of getting a tech to your home in the event of any issue. Literally 1 hour for me every single time. As an example, I run the AC every single night from 10-7 and the energy bill is a hair under 2.5k. Just make sure if you do decide to go with their extended AMC, first see how their service is in your area. Also any issues you have during warranty try to get them reported during the coverage. They are very anal about issues reported once your warranty expires and before you sign up for the AMC. If you’re convinced I would suggest sign up for the AMC in the 11th month of the manufacturer warranty. That’s the ideal utopian way for absolute peace of mind. Installation is branded. But the horror stories of rip off are ripe all over. I definitely overpaid but let it go requesting the guys to make sure they do a great job. @Thegothamchampion Also remembered. LG does not include a 16A power plug in the box. So you either source it before hand or be at the mercy of the installation guys who pretend to walk out and get it for you at a cool 4x price. The thing costs barely 50-70 bucks but you will be charged astronomical for it. Also keep an eye on their copper measurements to be safe and to let them know that you’re not happy to be openly ripped off. Remind them baksheesh milega bas kaam accha karo and give like 500/- if you’re convinced. Edited May 28, 2021 by Jigsaw Typo

Their built quality has gone for a toss, every LG in my house conked off before 5 years and started giving cooling problems from the 3rd. Always got it serviced from LG only. I would recommend General, Daikin first and then Bluestar/LG. The former cost more but I have always been super impressed by their cooling over the years.

Oh good that totally works. Just that the wash balcony is quite far from the kitchen. But still better than trying to remodel the drawers. I guess as long as the element are made of thick copper, it should be fine. We had an old Whirlpool (read 10+ years old), and the pipes were around 3x thicker than what most ACs have today.

The installation guys (no disrespect to them) are on incentive system where the only way they make a living is by exaggerating the BOM. Copper is the easy target. Chalta hai. Better to gain their faith and let them do a good job as long as they are assured they will get a good baksheesh at the end.
