Guys check out "solar miner India" on YouTube. check his videos, you can get an idea of what exactly mining is, how its done, what all is in the rig & most importantly profitability.

I have watched a lot of videos on youtube. My cousin actually mines ETH and I have a slight idea how it works. But the GPU prices are holding me back. My cousin bought his 1660 super for 22k. Cheapest one that I found was 50k.

Same. I was about to setup a rig but GPU prices stopped me. 1660 is best as its cheapest but as difficulty is increasing you never know they might say you need more ram for mining and 1660 becomes useless. 3060 are reliable and somewhat future proof.

My family owns a furniture manufacturing business and I can buy motherboard, cpu for cheap on business.amazon.com, but the real issue is Gpu. Also, my carpenter can prepare a rig for dirt cheap.

My local guy quoted 56k for 2060 super and he has nothing else to offer.

Thats even higher than 3060 MRP. :nerves: Also 2060 I doubt anyone buys now as they are already out dated. Cant believe 3060 was available for 45k in jan.
