He meant the trading section (in IVG), have rarely seen anyone sell it though.

Anyway, you can create an WTB (Want to Buy) thread. Maybe someone will be willing to sell it to you.

Also think this game has gone plat and you can get a copy from eBay or Flipkart.

Edit - If you got a good enough PC (and a 360 contoller), get Dark Soul's of Steam or flipkart.

The PC version has extra content, that will come as DLC on console's I think (Got to buy base game and DLC for console).

 My bad...

Yea man this game is hard to get .. when it was available i was out of monies :furious:

Now the game is unavailable :wallbash:

No Saves point in this game :P Though you can unlock the short cuts. You have to clear the round in one go.

@hope, As for save points before bosses, no there are no checkpoints or autosaves. However in almost every level you'll unlock shortcuts on the way to the boss so when you die and try to get back you usually do not have to take the longer route. However this doesn't apply to all bosses.

I suggest that you take it really slow. Try to grind and farm souls, level up and "learn" a level before you try the boss. Once you're comfortable with the area you'll see that it's not so hard to return to the boss if you die. Also try doing the levels in this order - 1-1, 2-1, 3-1... 5-1 and so on. That way the difficulty will scale proportionally to your own skill and character level.

Which level are you on ?

Are you talking about the red eyed knight on 1-1 ? If so, ignore him. Only way to kill him for now is to spam with some long range attacks and run when he comes, but it isn't worth it since you don't want to go that way now.

If you mean the blue eyed knight however, you'll have to beat him..

Well, you're about a quarter of the way through at the blue eyed knight. He's not that tough to beat once you have the patience to beat him. Block, dodge, magic, attack and have the leaf(s) handy.

Edit you have atleast two more of them in this level.

1 Always try to look for a back stab. This is will make the fight a LOT easier.

2 Never fight them in enclosed spaces. Draw them towards you where you have room to maneuverer.

3 Never give them time to heal. If they try to, move in and smack them.

They are tough but no really that tough.

Not too late, change your class and start over.

This. I started the game a while back as a Melee character (Knight) and gave up after trying numerous times. I played some other games and then got back to this after a few months. This time I did my research (the wiki is really helpful) and started as a Royal (magic). It makes the game much easier when you have ranged attacks as opposed to melee. Makes 1-1 easier to clear and enables you to grind to level up (you can level up only after clearing 1-1). Also due to your non-robust armor you learn to dodge most attacks which is very helpful later on in the game. Since a Royal starts at the lowest Soul Level (SL 1) it gives you more flexibility to build your character from the get go. As you level you can then put stats into STR and DEX and build a melee character over time as well.

I am close to completing NG+ at SL 113. Ping me if you need more info.
