HundredProofSam Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 an extremely frustrating day of club football....it seems none of yall want to pass the ball....everyone wants to score a goal....the moment yall get the ball, the first instinct is to sprint straight towards goal....i have to think really hard to remember even one instance when either of you made a back pass or a sideways pass that wasnt towards goal.....ever heard of build-up play also rad, you were pushing up too far ahead with the defenders leaving open spaces at the back @dan: at the kick off, please just pass the ball back rather than running around in circles with it peace Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Chaztin Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 I remember at one point ( Rad was any and 5 other members wer having fixed positions ) Rad had the ball he was inside the opponents " D " and he took a shot, which was goal but wasnt given coz rest 5 of us wer standing in their Goal post...lol. And whaz with the passing...Also noticed all defenders as well..all up ahead...Do you guyz ever keep a track of your player bar...I am sure...it will be RED more than 50% !! Sticking to positions is the best thing to do. Also only 2 goals..assist were due to lobs..why ain't the midfielders using..lob passes...to the forwards???? @ KC. ....noticed u love doing single style a lot yday...ok ok..u want to score...comprehend.but damm it...when there is open space...PASS !!!! Again..will state..that QUICK PASSES & MAINTAINING POSITIONS is the only way..to progress....You keep the ball for a longer period with ye...itz DOOM TIME !!! Chaztin Posted October 17, 2008 Report Share Posted October 17, 2008 Aah, not just you but many players wer holding the ball, but at certain important instances, you had and kept the ball, that pissed of many here ^. neways..last match was perfect I would say. Most of us wer trying to score a goal, so all the pressure of defence was on RAD, so he can make mistake there easily, coz being ANY isnt that easy..yet he sometimes did push defenders bit too much towards center of the field. and I dont think LOB passes wer required as much as passes ^^. And through pass wer prooving to be the best as I felt LOBs wer pretty easy to capture bye opp team.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
