That was absolutely lazy running irrespective of the fact she wasn't feeling 100% well. This game shouldn't have been lost. And Indian women fielding simply sucks while Australian fielding is top class. Difference between 2 sides. Absolutely! She was ball watching instead of looking at the crease. She would have made it is she was concentrating on running instead of ball watching. 14 minutes ago, silentassassin said: We need to get some top coaches and spend some good money on Women's cricket. The mistakes they make is very basic. Dropping mooney twice. Dropping lanning and missing her stumping. So many misfields and stumbles. Just horrendous. We could have saved atleast 10/ 15 runs easily. Shafali dropped Healy first over in 2020 WC finals! It was such a casual approach to take Mooney's catch! Ground fielding was horrible. Balls which were going straight to hands were missed, sliding on top of ball and not having body behind the ball are some of the rookie mistakes which costs Indians the match. 10 minutes ago, Big Boss said: I don't know how you guys watch that slow motion cricket. Even ladies in my house switched to their daily soaps after watching few overs and saying it's too damn slow. Imagine watching that daily in wipl. Good luck with that. It is same as watching men cricket teams in early 90s!

The bowling speeds were pretty much the same as today. They were less flamboyant than today but fast bowlers were still fast, and quite a few power hitters too. harsh1387
What a win for NZ. They desperately needed it after all the drubbing England did to them. Harry brook run out was the turning point. And he is Rightly player of the series. What a player. Reminds me so much of KP. Would love to see him play in India end of the year. This has to be the most memorable test match in recent times. One for the ages.

Even after that onslaught from first test and first innings of this match, to come back and bowl like that is truly impressive from Wagner. silentassassin
This is fked up pitch. We are 2 - 0 up. Y make pitch like this. Making their bowlers also look unplayable as well. 1

Big Boss
Hopefully the pitch gets worse and this isn't a first session thing. Otherwise we are screwed.

Black_Hawk
Aussies 54/1. Better sailing than us. What a horrid day of batting display by India.

Their batters applied themselves better (this was possible because India bundled out for 109). It was also so evident our bowlers did not bowl right lengths. Jadeja and Ashwin bowling full tosses often in Indian conditions does not happen. In the second over of the Australia innings, we had fielders in boundaries. To add to that the desperate horrendous reviews!! Edited March 1, 2023 by nitinveer

At 14/2 Aussies could have crumbled under pressure.

The scorecard would have been different at the end if that wicket was legit. Now the ball has gone soft, the only way to get back is if something drastic happens in first hour due to overnight moisture otherwise this is heading to embarrassing loss. Big Boss
The lead is 50 runs too much. Need to bat whole day today and get out by end of day with 300+. Then wrap them up before lunch tomorrow. Otherwise score so much that their batting goes into day after tomorrow and then wrap them up before lunch. First session seems most dangerous to bat. All about the application and skill now. harsh1387
Somehow if we manage 230-250. I don't see Australia making 140+ in 4th innings. Easier said than done with our useless top order batting.
