Part of the game? Never seen Sachin, Dravid, Dhoni etc doing it. Aussies were always like this though.

Its just sledging, Aussies did it to sachin , dravid too. we are just giving it back , and also makes the test matches fun.

Bro, what do you think those young Aussie players behaved very well with our seniors. Forget aussies, i remember sehwag once told a story about pakistani young players afridi and all, abusing sachin in 2003 match. Full maa bhen chal rha tha udhar. 

 

I think there is no sense in glorifying our seniors's submissive and suppressive behaviour, why we cant sledge or give back. I dont see any point in shutting the mouth while your opponent abusing and talking about yr gf/wife on yr face. Ricky ponting is the most hated player in our old indian squad, he never never showed any limits when it comes to sledging, he was a pathetic sick a**hole, i remeber an incident when he and his team mates once sledged sourav ganguly by calling a name of the girl, whos viral at that time for being in the affair with sourav ganguly.

 

I understand if any player thinks that he would loose his focus if he indulge in sledging, then its ok. But not doing it just bcs our seniors never done it,  jst dnt make any sense.

 

To me it feels like the typical indian thinking, 'samaj me log kya bolege'. Tel lene gaya samaj aka world cricket fraternity. No ones gonna award you a certificate for being a gentleman, ha lekin ponting jitna bhi mat kro bhai, ki retirement ke baad jab ICC ke ambassador bankar dusre desh jana pade to apne retired opponents aankhe to mila sako. Baki jaisawal jitna to chalta hai.

Aussies are the last people whom you should show respect on the field.
Even if jaiswal gets 5 more zeros, he should continue to sledge these guys

My bad then, I misunderstood the guy giving his all for the sake of test cricket by......sledging.  

The example Felix gave about Sachin, imagine some young fast bowler playing his first match and the captain comes to him saying no need to give any respect to Sachin, de maa ki gaali and make the match fun. Kohli era of cricket I guess.

From the profile pic, you might guess that I am more of a fan of humble, grounded, soft spoken kind of athletes. And Kane made a 150+ score yesterday btw, not sure if that was fun or not. Sachin, Kane, Bumrah for example, instead of the theatrics of someone like Sreesanth. Filled vessel seldom makes noise and all that. But unlike Jaiswal, let me know my place and shut up without adding more OTs

Bhai Mai to sirf aussie ki baat kar rha hu bas, beside that cric is a gentleman's game, it should remain like that. But Aussie dont deserve respect, bcs its them whose ego and arrogance is bigger than the mt everest. Itna ego kyu hai salo me, majority of australian dont even know their names. They have done lot of bad sh*t, monkey gate kand, calling out ganguly's affair, sand paper and what not. Mera to tab bhi mood kharab ho gya tha jab kohli ne smith ke support me audience se appeal ki thi. 

 

Beside all that, im in full support of cricket remains as a gentleman's game, i dont have anny issue that we are now in very good terms with our pakistani cricket players unlike in the past. And i beleive that its a genuine respect bcs we all know they never gonna get any benefit from us, unlike some of the australian players who suddenly become so nice and sweet about india in recent years just bcs of ipl and its sponsorship money. I just cant stand david warner's flattery on instagram, hes trying too hard to connect with the indian audience just to secure sponsorship deals. Idk what you guys think about him but i completely beleive hes being cunning when he post ghandhi jayanti, mahashivratri post, or dancing on an india song with his kids.

Jadeja has been our best batsman last couple of years.
Ridiculous he dint play 1st 2 tests, his name should be ahead of virat, rohit and even gill for just his batting.

Nitish although got out for only 15, played 61 balls and showed lot of patience and composure.

What tf is wrong with these people. How come siraj was sent ahead of boom and Akash. It's like they're purposely trying to lose the match or try to pin it on someone. 

 

Either captain will blame coach or coach will blame captain in the upcoming days for all these random & idiotic decisions.
