Even in final stage, fully levelled up spiked collar gives 125 health when you have 3 revives (50 initially and 25 extra on each revive) so it's more valuable than skelly. The other keepsakes for guaranteeing a boon from a god can be important when you're going for a particular build. Also a good idea to equip the one which gives gold then swap it out for something else in the second world. Having sweet tooth on for the entire run is pointless. What’s your current run rate and darkness? How many times have you beaten the game? Just fmi pc and nintendo players - how many times have you beaten the game?
