I had re-joined xtc-rdb and so we were in the same clan and I thought of becoming a gud friend as it wud help the clan and that's why I sent it to him. I have also added him as a friend on My Xbl GT since a long time now. I have sent an email to Sam in which it clearly says ''' I have got a pm from Avishkar regarding the FREE ms points. "" and i have also send him the link of this fake website which avishkar has been sending to many people via pm's n msn messenger telling people to log in from that site. My Kind request is this that he has to be punished/ban from this site coz he has done something really wrong which he has to pay the price for. In your first post you mentioned facebook.tk when the site was facedboock.tk ... so stop lying.. Next, I thought this wud make ur facebk work faster and you get xbox apps like xbl gamercard 2.0,etc ...now everyone is saying it's wrong so im sorry. I didn't know all this also happens. And I'm not saying you are accusing me blindly. afterall, you dont see my msg in your inbox. All I wanna say is that maybe someone tried to act smart by doing that. And anyway, i am seriously a noob when it comes to all this and ppl who know me would agree. And I gave this link to 5-6 people and only you and filly(i'm not even sure he got hacked) had problems. maybe it was just a co-incidence??? vinitwins Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 this is still murky: a. avi claims to have sent everyone that link 'coz he wanted his 'friends' to get free ms points (guys, there's no free lunches in this world. drill that into your heads) b. donz's and filly's accounts were hacked - no one is doubting this. but we still need concrete evidence that avi was DIRECTLY responsible - i'm waiting for filly or someone else to provide more information. on the other hand, donz's gamertag had references to a GI clan, so it's unlikely that a 3rd party would be responsible. but till we get some tangible evidence, it's still a case of 'my word against yours'... You knew everything what is gonna happen , you just wanna prove yourself clean by diverting the talks here but thank GOD i have that email with me which clearly says sent by Avishkar n the topic title which says '' FREE MS POINTS '' And yes let me make it Sure for you , FILLY's account was hacked too and many guys online also know about this , dont act innocent. and that someone who tried acting smart and did half the smart thing is YOU , coz you managed to use your brains by deleting the messages from my inbox on Gi , but sadly your brains didn't function after that so that you could also delete the message from my Hotmail inbox. Ask Tanveer what I told him. I said it's a version of FB which makes it run faster. I'm dead sure I told him that. As for Filly, he has been actively posting in GI this week and even he hasn't mentioned anywhere his a/c had got hacked till Donz said his a/c was hacked. + Filly has been online everytime. and in filly's gamertag, it was written something like rarestpro is god or something. If I would have hacked both accounts (i dunno how yet) then I would have definitely written the same names instead of writing diff names. and i have never even talked 2 rarestpro personally in my life. i just meet him sometimes in cod 4. i know its still a 'my word against yours' situation but i i enough evidence to prove that this hacking has not been done by me. the only thing against me is that i gave these guys a link. Avishkar says above '' he's a noob he cant do alll this '' Ok agreed but not full , he must have done this with the help of few other people. 2. The reason why he put another clan's name in my GT is really simple coz he wanted to do the damage without he's name to be there anywhere. 3. According to the proof which i have '' its a 1 man game '' its only n only him who has sent me those pm's the real picture might be with other 2 or 3 guys but i dont really care finding about them , Coz i know this guy has done it by himself or he has helped other people doing this. 4. vinitwins Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 now try and match this with avishkar's IP logs...and hopefully something should come up there's no common ip between their ids. donz's account was hacked in the past 10-15days. someone with a little free time needs to analyze every ip listed above (15jan onwards) and figure out if there are any suspicious ones (donz's accesses his gi account from bombay & kenya) ip-adress.com is an useful tool for this exercise. I mean whats the advantage of hacking into one's xbl account of all ? besides using all ur points to buy stuff the fisrt thing the hacker does is change the billing address of the CC, so if u arent a frequent user on LIVE u wont be aware of this situation for a long time. kitson007 Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 well sorry to butt in but i dont think its avishkars fault because ive recieved messages on xbox live from many people that tell you to go to this site or that site to get free ms points or get free something else.....in this case its just a coincidence that avishkar sent one of those messages and the account got hacked.....BUT I MIGHT BE WRONG AND HE MIGHT BE AN EVIL HACKER PERSON SO I DONT KNOW.
