Pretty much! Either that or he wants to retire (if/when he gets bored or old). Even with that there is a chance he will just appoint a puppet, and still try to control things.

Not necessarily. Depends on what terms the stocks were sold. If terms included Kotick remaining in power - well, there you have it. At the very least though, I hope the situation will improve for employees, and creativity will increase in their games.

Thanks. If this is true (Since it says "reportedly"), then it would be very much needed IMO. Acti-Blizz has been a disaster for quite some time now, and it's quite sad to see so many excellent IPs going down the dumpster quality-wise.
