godspeed4476
like i've said before. and it's also in the description of the video, what i've posted is nothing unusual. it's an every day ride that i have to go through to get to work. i would prefer if i had a smooth road with no traffic to ride on but sadly, that's not the way it is. if you want to know about lane law, then i suggest you read up on something called filtering, where a biker is actually allowed to use the gaps between cars to move forward. i don't mean to be pedantic but it's actually legal to do that. i don't approve of weaving in and out of traffic or changing lanes like i've shown in the video but it's heavy traffic, and i didn't hit anyone or cause any accidents.i have a lancer and it's got scratches on it's bumper, but they've been caused by other cars. i find that people riding bikes, despite being too close to my car always manage to leave enough space to not touch my car. the truth is this, you probably assumed i'm some hotheaded biker who wants to show off about his "krazee biker skillz" but i'm not. i have a steady job, i treat my parents with respect and i love cats and dogs. that probably throws the mental image you had of me out the window. anyway, my point is that you shouldn't be so fast in judging someone just based on a video they've put up, especially when you don't know what context it was made in. and next time you see a guy in a bike trying to get past you, roll up your windows, turn the AC on and listen to some music. it'll do you good, rather than trying to block him. have a nice day Yeah, its usual for you and the other guys, and thats where the problem for me and other is. Also, when you title your video "Riding Insane" its kind of hard to think that you are actually trying to highlight the traffic problems, and its kind of hard to think that there is any traffic problem for you, given the way you drive. Every 1 has their own experiences, for most of use driving like this is nothing but nuisance, but you find it normal, may be you have better empathy towards them coz you drive in similar manner. Also, i always have my windows rolled up and AC on whenever i drive, it helps in cutting out the horn beeps from the motor cyclist who are very furious at me because i dont allow them to damage my car anymore. Also I'm fine with bikers weaving in and out, but what happens is that they brush against them cars and cause them damages. If you're driving a car then most of the times you'll have to protect a biker because they don't really care and if by any chance a mishap happens the crowd always blames it on the car and never on the biker. So when one comes across such a video, any car person is bound to be irritated. I'm not saying that car people don't drive in a rash manner but it's the society bias towards a "bechara" biker that gets on our nerves along with they giving us tiny scratches along with weaving in and out. Right foot some bone hairline fracture. today i truly understand the extend of protection a helmet provides .. it saved my life .. my head whip-lashed on the road .. the helmet took it like a man guys wear a helmet ALWAYS man ... ALWAYS at first there was no or negligible pain .. some guys took me to a hospital .. it took like 30 seconds just across the road then doctor said the adrenaline will wear of soon .. i was like whatever ... 1-2 mins later ... then some 2 injections later .. pain receeded .. then for 5 mins was freaking bored to death .. and pain was like fluctuating .. then i just looked up .. boom hot nurses everywhere rest 1 hr was like heaven ... there was a nurse that was so cute .. boderline pedophilic to even look at her .. 6 weeks recovery ... also almost fainted .. man never fainted like ever ... my first fracture .. PS: in the hospital bed i was checking if my fingers were fine ... doctor said your fingers are fine your leg is kinda screwed (in his words) . i was like i know .. was checking if could play games during my recovery time at home ... he was like seriosly wtf ... get well soon bri, take care and happy gaming

egg man
Hi Guys Here's my situation. ->My friends have taught me how to ride bikes , so I have some experience of how to ride one. But no road experience and it was 2 years ago. So anyway, I've enrolled into a driving school. It's a 10 hours course , so by the end of it I think I should get some hang of it. How do I go about it after the course? -> Which bike should I buy, something which is easier for first time rider? I don't wanna buy a 2nd hand. -> I'll be getting my LL tomorrow. When should I buy a bike? After the course, or should I go ahead and book one now? ->How do I practice after the course? It's not possible for me to get a pavilion rider with DL . Is it safe to practice in roads, and avoid the main road? -> I know it's subjective, but how hard is the leaning curve(no pun intended)? How many hours should one practice before he is confident of riding in main traffic, specially Bangalore traffic. Thanks for your inputs. _Hellsboy_
oh by all means, if someone does hit your car then it's an accident. there's no argument there. i'm saying that i got a lot of unnecessary flak for posting a video in which i didn't actually hit anyone, even replies which suggested i should be reported to the police. anyway, if i realized it would have offended so many people i wouldn't have posted it. when the traffic is that bad, everyone drives badly, myself included. the whole point of the video was that that's no way to have to travel to work every day. If you didnt hit anyone today, then you will hit someone tomorrow. If you don't break an egg while juggling them doesn't mean you never will. Its the mentality of most Indians that just because they are stuck in traffic gives them a right to go all berserk. Yes you need to get home, we all do. So its really no need to start that 'Ideal Situation' talk. The situation is same for all of us. Just the fact is that you and many others dont have the patience to handle it, and become a nuisance for the others. You didnt hit anyone, great. But am pretty sure that almost anyone(me included), would admit that it was pretty pathetic the way you were driving. And its sad that you are trying to explain yourself. Enjoy your L33t skills.. rockstarnet
I thought traffic in Mumbai is very disciplined unlike Pune which has some unruliest of drivers and riders.
