Reason Why You Should "Never" Go To Bajaj Service Center!

So i own a bajaj Pulsar 150, only 17000km used... My bike was working perfectly, the battery was down so i was using kick-start since 1 month and my bike used to start with 1 kick, always! Maybe it be 2 Degree Celsius or anything... Unfortunately i went to Bajaj Service Centre to get my bike serviced and even their guy (while checking) kicked and started my bike with 1 kick but when i received my bike, strangely d guy gave be started bike in neutral on a side stand and i drove away.. but when i stopped on red light, even 30 kicks couldnt start my bike!!!! I have gone to service center 3 times since then and even talked to d manager and showed this video (

), but i have got no solution... Luckily my bike does start but with a lot of effort, even with electric start, i have to give acceleration along with it to make the bike start otherwise it wont start....

The bill of the Service -

One of the reasons why I stopped taking my bike (Thunderbird) to the authorised service center is because those guys believe in replace, not repair. And usually the bike would perform sluggish after a service. Now I go to a simple Enfield guy (pretty rare to find in Bangalore, mind you) and am pretty satisfied with the service.

You should avoid authorised dealers once your warranty of bike is over else fire them for a replacement

  • 2 weeks later...

Elantra CRDI SX - If you want class and feel awesome about yourself sitting inside. (Around 15.2 Ex Show)

Cruze LTZ - If you want the best driving experince and power (around 15.2 Ex Show)

XUV 500 W8 AWD - If you want SUV exp with all latest Gadegts thrown in (Around 14.6 Ex Show)

ALl the above are bangalore prices, would probably be cheaper everywhere else.

Agree with Athek.

If SUV - XUV.

If saloon - Cruze/Elantra. Not a big fan of Hyundai. Suggest you wait for new Octy. It will be worth the wait. :)

Ya the new Octavia looks amazing, inspired a lot of Audi design touches, though seems it will come end of the year.
