It's just a breeze to drive it, kudos to tata for producing a great product. Only if service team can back the sales team. I really advise guys who like driving cars to just go have a test drive. Really really comfortable. Don't really know what exactly is the fabric. My uncle has a car accessories shop. Got the covers from him. Took a TD for ecosport AT variant today, and I am utterly disappointed by this car.the engine is lethargic and extremely unhappy to be revved. Sports mode is a farce as it just turns the car in manual mode.Back seats are so hard and lacking thigh support, the display for speed and gears is so small, wow 10 lacs ex showroom for this. Except for the six airbag safety feature and a good seating position with good ground clearance, I rate my 4.5 year old Honda city better then this car. Maybe manual variant drives better but such a price tag for a wannabe SUV seems unjustified, specially since the Figo with same engine is priced 3 lacs cheaper ex showroom.PS: these are my personal views and I mean no disrespect to any current or prospective owner, maybe Honda city has me spoilt. Ciaz provides more value for money and i can buy the top variant with my budget .The car would be chauffeur driven and rarely undertaking highway runs so the lack of power of ciaz won't really be an issue. Also it offers better ride quality compared to the city. The insulation levels are good, the engine's very well refined. The city scores over ciaz in the interiors and looks for me. Also Honda's been very successful with sedans while Maruti hasn't . The city doesn't offer tweeters in the sv variant . The sound quality is very average. How much would have i to spend for the twitters?The six month service interval in City is a downer for me. Also been reading a lot of lot of complaints on Team-bhp about city . Maruti is better off making hatches, caz is selling cos it is long and in india people love boot, as if they have to transport tonz of stuff everywhere. I will anyday buy a sedan from any other manufacturer then maruti and also not to forget the resale will probably be less with ciaz, SX4 resale was near to crap. I would suggest the City too. the Ciaz is underpowered, and would feel sluggish in city traffic. Stock speakers sounded better on the City the last time I heard them. City ride quality is amazing.
