Any recommendations for a car in the sub 10L (ORP) range ? Not a fan of sedans.

I'm preferably looking for a 6 seater, and the only viable options possibly are Triber or Ertiga/XL6.

Triber's engine is very underpowered and very harsh IMO. I rode in the Ertiga taxi in Delhi in Feb and after back to back commute in innova crysta and new fortuner found ertiga as smooth as crysta on greater noida and delhi roads.

I would recommend XL6 to beat the taxi image associated with Ertiga.

Ertiga's last row is pretty much useless if you want people in the middle row to be comfortable. If you're not looking for a cng variant, xl6 seems to be the better option.

XL6 is the same size as Ertiga, right ? It's basically an Ertiga with a tad nicer exterior and interiors.

yes they are the same cars but xl6 got some different extra features. just that Ertiga has a taxi image. I wouldn't buying one if i were in the market xl6 is for people who would wanna shun the taxi image of ertiga.

In XL6 you get captain seats in the middle row making it a 6 (5+1) seater. Ertiga's middle row is a 3 seater making it a 7 (6+1) seater. XL6 has cruise control and Ertiga does not have it.

I paid 1.2 lacs extra to get a better variant with cruise control in my latest car keeping in mind that some really great highways are coming up in India in the next 3 to 4 years. In my opinion it is a must have in cars if you intend to keep it for 10 years and drive a lot like I do. All my cars do at least 3 to 4 Pune-Ajmer/Jaipur/Delhi drives along with a lot of other nearby highway drives during the ownership period and it is not going to change.

You can try Agarwal Packers and Movers. They have come to the rescue many times when I had to shift stuff from one city to the other. I have had good experiences with them but they are costly compared to others.

I don't have any experience with transporting a car but they are the most reliable among the packers and movers.

Yeah sounds good, just keep in mind there are two agarwal packers and movers, don't remember which is genuine.

Hi, I am looking to buy a new car.. I  have narrowed it down to either i20 or  baleno...

some are saying baleno is lightweight? Not good for highways ?? Is this true ?

which car would you guys recommend??
Car would mostly be used for driving in the city with occasional inter city travel..

previously I used to drive mostly swift and sometimes Vento...

there are many many fake agarwal movers and packers in the market, make sure you use the correct one. the original one has the owners face plastered all over just like mdh masala.

Do not go for any cheapo packers. Things could go horribly wrong. Agarwal is the best. Check uncles picture for the genuine one.

You can even lock the container carrying your cargo by your own in Agarwal. Get insurance done too.

Im using Baleno for the last 6-7 months and i like it . Quite spacious and feature loaded. Nexa is good w.r.t maintainence. Look wise I liked it best in hatchbacks.
