The ones you suggested will go above 20L on road. Think about the Chevy Cruze, Skoda Laura or Volkswagen Jetta. There's also the slightly boring but well featured Hyundai Sonata to consider. If he likes driving himself ask him to try out a Audi A6 Quattro .. He will freak out on it's handling but it's not that luxurious.. If he is going to be chauffeur driven then tell him to check out the new E Class Merc. If you want to import a car you will have to wait quite some time b4 it gets here....Or if you'r dad want's something exclusive Jaguar XJ is da bom Edit: BTW do see the volvo S60, i mean it's not as good as the merc but it's worth seeing it ..
