godspeed4476 Posted March 27, 2011 Report Share Posted March 27, 2011 Does any 1 own a SX4 diesel over here? my dad got 1 just 2 days back, took it on a spin tonight...........the headlights were a complete joke, the AA torch in my native gives more visibility than the headlights of the car.......any 1 experiencing same problem? They seem to have permanently fixed the screen in the console in this version whereas mine has the cool fold up and fold down mechanism. NO disrespects but its very hard for most of the girls to understand minor details about the car...... even most of the guys who are completely well versed with functioning of a car can overlook minor details quite easily...... Yest nite i noticed 3 serious error with the car 1. The super weak headlight 2. Infact I bought my 1st SX4 two months from it's launch and was surprised to see that only one backlight worked... I thought I got a damaged piece, only to be told that , this is what you get. As for the Headlight.. I remember banging it withing 15 days of purchase..so the Headlight that I have in my Car is a nice, jazzy, improved version..(not the one that came with the model)..However the other SX4 that I have is only 6 months old, the new version and I am pretty much happy with the Headlight.. or am I used to it.. I am not sure. I have driven Verna, Fiesta , Logan and Honda City as well.. and I can proudly say.. that though Verna and Fiesta are far more smooth drive with better interiors.. SX4 is one helluva comfortable car with awesome pick-up, best in line ground clearance, tough looks and is really low maintenance as well..with hardly any hassle in terms of parts and servicing etc..
