Not many journalists were On IGN Xbox podcast one even tried to explain how it’s not good for the future to have one company to buy so many well established IPs. To which Mcaffrey came to the rescue by saying that the “infinity gauntlet is better off in IronMan’s (M$) hand rather than Thanos” He even tried to say how Satya & Phill ‘seem’ the right guys to own everything. Ppl (read fanboys) have really short memory. Just less than a decade ago we all know who tried to be Thanos of console gaming.

Ps- we all know how ends for Thanos in the movie.

Swunkjyn
I care less about this but more power for the gamers, we all have PS and XBox and PC's so eventually we all will play the games but having bough the Game Pass myself for 3 years. If all the IP's are for free, then GP users are in for a treat.

Nobody cares about what happened in the past generation ,its all about what have you done lately. Xbox has done enough to set the tone for this generation on where they are heading. Also all the talks about sony and nintendo merger if these 2 cant evolve then they will most likely partner with amazon, netflix or apple or be bought out. Atleast nintendo might

Activision agreed to sell themselves, they wanted to sell themselves coz of all legal trouble they were in for past few months. Its not like MS can buy whoever they want. Both parties comes to an agreement and then deal happens. People think MS just goes out and buy everything forcefully. Lol. Kotick went to FB first. Someone would have bought it regardless . Company was not interested in staying independent Edited January 20 by WhiteWolf

Worst CoD launch in years. An SP game, outsold a CoD game. No prizes for guessing why. It is a given that CoD games dominate sales charts at launch, but in vanguards case, players have started to abandon it already. Ps- looks like someone else is totally, clueless. The ratings and subsequent reception both point towards the same thing. Worst CoD since 2007? Oh well.... Oh it sold less on PS?. Np soon it will sell zero on PS

WhiteWolf
People said Its not financially sound not to release ES6 on PS either but here we are today where ES6 is exclusive to Xbox. Biggest COD cash cow now is Warzone, its not going anywhere. All active COD games will be supported but 2024 onwards COD will go exclusive. MS needs big name IPs to push game pass otherwise how else it will grow if people continue to play COD on PS? How force those PS users into their ecosystem? COD mainline games gotta stay within ecosystem from 2024 onwards Edited January 20 by WhiteWolf
WhiteWolf
Sony forcing people into their ecosystem by making big mass market IP like Spiderman exclusive to PS. Spiderman used to be multiplatform but not anymore. Now same goes for mainline FF games. Its MS time to play dirty.
