Grimmjow
best comic fantasy series out there. i've been through all discworld books a few times at least and they never get old. the series really picks up and becomes more steampunk than fantasy from "Moving Pictures".If you do want to skip ahead a bit and read some good ones, read "Men At Arms", "Feet of Clay", "Moving Pictures", "Soul Music", "The Truth", "Witches Abroad", "Night Watch", "Going Postal". These are the really really good ones. Any idea if theyre available at Landmark?

satanicsaint
Is "The White Tiger" any good? Just finished the first chapter, not too impressed. Should I continue reading?
Dienekes
Bookers are never meant to be good and exciting.
Bulovski
American Psycho is pretty sick - there's nothing to recommend the book. White Tiger is strictly ok - it's a hurriedly finished book
satanicsaint
Bookers are never meant to be good and exciting. I think you are right, also when I carry it around , it attracts a lot of unwanted attention.
Aftrunner
^^ Seriously. I never carry a popular/award winning book without a paper cover. Otherwise I feel like a pretentious jerk/too self concsious. One of the many weird things about me.

Aftrunner
The road is brilliant. Probably the only book released in the past couple of decades that will make it to my top 5. Its depressing as hell though.

Bulovski
Started reading Cornelia Funke's Ink trilogy. The first few chapters of Inkheart are pretty interesting. After the trilogy it's going to be the Thief Lord
