Mobile phones, Internet, Radio Taxis.... It cannot be in 90s completely, game will feel a downgrade without them. May be 90s will be a backstory. Today’s generation who are in their early twenties can’t fathom a world which used to be in the 90’s. I don’t they GTA is going back in time anymore. But when the first Gameplay video was released my jaw dropped. looked like the graphics got improved a lot as the release got nearer.
