I mean if they could enable driving from one end of the map to another on a game as big as sa without any loading screens on a ps2, they’ll run loops with series s, I’m assuming maybe they’ll just scale down the native resolution ! That rumor of $2 billion budget is insane, thats a lot if true. idtnk its true, 300-350 million is realistic, anything above 400 is crazy. I totally agree with the devs who said that GTA is quintessentially American. Not hard to believe at all, although most of it would be probably spent on GTA online. Even linear games like The Last of Us 2 apparently cost 220 million to make.
