TheDribbler Posted November 6, 2008 Report Share Posted November 6, 2008 Ok..Brotha..my..quick & brief impressions after last nite's play (Had not played the beta earlier) One word: AWESOMENESSSSSS + Detailed Graphix + Good Physics + Sackboy (woooot...this guy is one crazy, luv the emotions) + Customization wooooh...very varied + Music/Background/Sound : Rocks (Special Kuddos to the narrator...the guy is bloody awesome) + Jetpack sexy (reminded of me one my old fav games: worms/duke nukem) + Learning curve: easy - Moving between Layers seems kinda lil troublesome..need to get hang of it - The jump..by hitting "x"..is fine...but don't seem to notice higher jump while keeping "X" pressed??? Somebody Posted November 6, 2008 Report Share Posted November 6, 2008 ^^ i think the jump depends on sensitivity. the harder u press X the higher he jumps. not depending on how long the button is pressed. i dint play the game but just telling u out of what i understood from the reviews. Does sackboy really jump a lil higher with "X" pressed..or am I doing something wrong. thats all there is to the jump... if u tap the X button sackboy does a wee 'lil hop n if u press the X button he does his jump.... nothing more... damn i cudnt stay on the horse skateboard ... not even once + i cudnt figure out the drawbridge thingy either, maybe coz it was late.. rather early in the morning (excuses, excuses.... ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
HundredProofSam Posted November 6, 2008 Report Share Posted November 6, 2008 played some user-created levels...one inspired by SOTC....was beautifully made but not much really reminiscent SOTC...great level all the same....then there was one which was all about colours....quite hard and alot of fun....and then there was a level called "instant 4 trophies"....and true to its name it was short...it shoots u up miles in the air at high speed (2 trophies there....one fr hehgt and one for speed)....and you land into a sea of gazzillion bubbles....20x multiplier trophy there i am trophy tramp these levels are so much fun i almost dont feel like playing the ones on disc peace Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

CarbonCore Posted November 6, 2008 Report Share Posted November 6, 2008 There's a level called Trophies Galore created by one of the guys on IGN, he just mentions it in every podcast.
