They sell most unofficial products at 100-200% markup. AFAIK for games and other stuff officially released in India, they sell at 10% discount at most. The preorders have just started shipping, so more recent orders will take time. They told me the product would be dispatched within 3 to 6 weeks, but they didn’t dispatch the product . So, I raised refund. However, even now, on 29/07/2025, I have not received my refund. AnK Posted October 19, 2025 Report Share Posted October 19, 2025 (edited) We have already alerted that MX2games have been facing lot of criticism on their product shipping, refunds etc. There is a recent incident about a person not getting their refund of 8000 rs and MX2 mentioning that the money is held by Cyber police and Ministry of Home Affairs.
