Anmolsc Posted October 31, 2008 Report Share Posted October 31, 2008 lol comparing GI to gamemandi is like comparing katrina kaif to kanta bai... i mean katrina kaif's role is to do lead roles and f**king act..kanta bai's role is a bai ..2 different roles 2 different things same case..well umm almost same case here as well...GI is gaming forum for disccussion and views sharing ..gamemandi is a bussiness which those guys have started which makes people trade their games..in return they earn theri money why compare man... HundredProofSam Posted October 31, 2008 Report Share Posted October 31, 2008 Admins here are fans of GI actually, we're more than fans So wht if gamemandi is making money, they seem to have spent quite alot on creating the site and one of you mentioned Gi is run by the owner's own pocket, oh please any1 can buy this ready made forum for just 200$s and start so we rather not get into talking about investment. get a dictionary and learn the meaning of competition.....everytime someone decides to trade games here rather than gamemandi, gamemandi loses out on revenues and business....if anyone chooses to trade on gamemandi over GI, it doesnt affect us....whether or not gamemandi exists does not affect us....but our existence definitely affects gamemandi, hence the short cut attempt at getting users by PMing membrs here Gi is run by the owner's own pocket, oh please any1 can buy this ready made forum for just 200$s and start so we rather not get into talking about investment. $200 will get u server space and forum software, not 2000 members.....a lot more than money goes into running this site And why do u guys keep referin to gamemandi as a vendor? vendor=business we dont allow businesses to use GI as a place for free advertisement, a rule which people from gamemandi conveneiently ignored and for which they were banned peace Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Gi members have already rejected Gaming Mandi from a long time....The way i see it is more of negative PR for them if that is what they want so be it... Keep the FanBoy jokes ready! lol You sir have no clue how GI came into existence or how it started. So much time and dedication has gone not only by the staff but by the old members. There are plenty of forums out there but how much are they popular or what they are targeting. Its not about throwing money. Anyone out here can throw money but its the innovation and time which has gone. GameMandi is a vendor agree it or not. I made a mistake of regging there once and now when my account was in-active, they spammed me with 37 emails, talk about some cheap sh*t. Ofcourse i can't say how many more came because i flagged their domain for spam and phishing on my Live account but still. GI trading post is awesome, and miles ahead of gamemandi.com, but i trade on gamemandi when i am not able to sell a game here or not getting a right price - so its a good alternative....now u can redeem the coupons for cash and they keep on coming with pre-orders as well - had one for fifa 09 and now for geow2... but i would still prefer GI's trading post anyday....
