Upon entering the code on nVidia's Shadowplay (either your or his ID, doesn't matter), it launches Battle.net where you have to log in to your account and select redeem. Quite a nice price if you are looking for one. big hassle you need 1080 for that even then you need to login to your blizzard account through GeForce app so basically, the seller will require your blizzard account details. As for not having GTX 1080/GTX 1080Ti, you have to take a leap of faith and ask the seller or a friend to redeem it for you. (if still worried, you can ask to do via team viewer) Personally, I'd buy the key and ask a friend to redeem it if the seller doesn't have enough positive feedback.
