devil_angel Posted July 6, 2011 Report Share Posted July 6, 2011 steam support is going to be overloaded with requests at this time. i wouldn't expect a quick resolution to any support tickets. if you get a purchasing error where money has not changed hands, just try again after some time. sometimes their servers can get overloaded. if you still have a problem, call your credit card company. they will sometimes block your card for suspicious activity if you make too many purchases in a short period of time from the same place. this happened to me last year during the winter sale... had to call icici and tell them that i was buying games during a sale and that's when they unblocked my card. Not to mention the extremely satisfying gunplay. The game goes downhill towards the end but overall it is among some of the best shooters ever. It has a very nice 80s action movie vibe to it.
