Rock Paper Shotgun review: http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2012/12/13/miasmata-review/ Anyway, I have played the game (not finished mind you). The survival aspects are great and the game doesn't hold your hand at all, which is pretty cool. The navigation system is pretty unique as you have to manually "map out" the island, like you would have to if you got stranded in an unknown place in real life. It also looks very nice considering the engine was built from ground up by 2 guys. It's not a very polished game but definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a true survival game.
