I am not sure if trades will be allowed since current IVG rules dont allow selling or trading of digital goods but I dont see any harm in a Steam gifts thread. I think this was a common problem on the XBox 360, resetting the game might be the only option. Harjas, refer this list please. It should have an option to force in V-SYNC in Catalyst Control Centre. Although it won't be application specific. There is RadeonPro which might help.
