If you can wait, might as well just wait for another summer sale and grab it for cheap. If you really want Bethesda games for cheap, just switch to Chinese store on LAST day (as you will be locked out for a week from switching back to your local region) and get it. $18 for Dishonored 2 is a fantastic price. Just like the normal store, make your purchase, pay using your CC and enjoy the game. No region lock or any such stuff.
