Both are lead. It plays similar to Syndicate where you can switch to any character anytime you want. You can play as female ninja entire time except few story main missions where you are forced to play Yasuke. Tbh i have no issues with any character in AC shadows. Outage is stupid. Game looks good and its dayone for me on Ubisoft plus. I only have issues playing Trans or Non binary they or them characters in game.
